Our Vision and Mission
Our Vision is Transforming lives and communities daily and our Mission is to Transform individuals and communities through service, outreach, mentoring, and education everyday in Haiti.
Our Story
Kolej Project was formally organized as a 501(3)c nonprofit in 2016 after several years of medical mission trips to Haiti and the recognition that the need is great, but positive impact elusive. When individual circumstances change, communities change, when communities change a nation can change. We formed to approach the needs in Haiti differently, one person at a time.
In Haiti, education is a critical part of improving economic conditions. We started with school scholarships and expanded to an English language program, providing opportunities to the youth in the community.
The success of our initial programs has been the catalyst to our operating programs and being present 365 day a year.
With the Haitian people we serve, together we are impacting lives and futures - we are inspiring hope.
